Everyone was very friendly. The doctor was running late (my appointment was late in the day) and apologized for the delay when she came into the room. Even though she was running late, she did not rush through the appointment and took extra time to be sure that all of my questions were addressed. We have trusted VGC for all our pet's needs since 1996.
